How much does a website or project cost?

Marketing websites typically run $5k–$25k depending on page count, custom design depth, and integrations; custom software starts around $15k; branding projects from $4k; and marketing retainers from $1.5k/month. Every quote is fixed and itemized before work begins, so you approve the exact number — never an estimate that grows. For a detailed breakdown, read our website cost guide on the blog or request a free quote.

How long does a typical project take?

Most marketing websites launch in 4–8 weeks, brand identities in 3–6 weeks, and custom software MVPs in 8–16 weeks. We set the timeline in the Blueprint phase before work starts, and you see progress weekly via staging links — so the launch date is something you watch approach, not something you hope for.

What happens after I request a quote?

A senior team member (never a bot or a salesperson) replies within one business day. We’ll ask a few questions, usually book a short call, and then send a fixed-scope proposal with itemized pricing, a timeline, and measurable targets. There’s no obligation at any point — many people use the proposal simply to understand their options.

Do you work with startups and small businesses, or only large companies?

Both, deliberately. Startups and growing businesses are our core — the process is designed to give smaller teams the strategic rigor big companies get, at a scope that fits their budget. We’ll also tell you honestly if we think you shouldn’t spend money on something yet; long-term clients are worth more to us than one oversized invoice.

Do you work with clients outside your country?

Yes — we serve clients worldwide and have run fully remote projects for years. We overlap working hours for calls, keep everything visible in a shared channel and weekly written updates, and handle payments in your preferred major currency. Distance has never been the reason a project struggled.

Can you redesign or fix my existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. Our free audit tells you which situation you’re in: sometimes targeted fixes to speed, SEO, and conversion paths recover most of the value at a fraction of the cost; sometimes the foundation genuinely can’t support your goals and a rebuild is cheaper than fighting it. We recommend whichever the numbers support and quote both when it’s close.

Will I own everything you create?

Yes. On final payment you own the code, design files, brand assets, and content outright — including source files, not just exports. Sites are built on open, portable technology with no proprietary lock-in, and we document everything so any competent team could take over tomorrow. We aim to keep clients through results, not hostage-taking.

Who actually does the work — will it be outsourced?

The senior specialists who scope your project are the ones who deliver it. We’re a deliberately small in-house team, occasionally adding trusted specialist collaborators (motion design, photography) under our direction and quality bar. You’ll know exactly who is doing what, and you can talk to them directly.

How do you report results? What will I actually see?

Monthly reports open with business numbers — leads, pipeline influenced, cost per acquisition, revenue where trackable — followed by the work and what’s next. During builds you get a short written update every Friday plus a live staging link. If a metric doesn’t connect to money or a decision, it doesn’t lead the report.

What if I’m not happy with the work?

Every project phase has a defined revision allowance, and we don’t consider a phase done until you’ve signed it off against the written scope. If something misses the agreed brief, fixing it is on us, not billed to you. And retainers roll month to month with 30 days’ notice — the exit door stays unlocked, which keeps us sharp.

Do you offer support and maintenance after launch?

Yes. Every launch includes a handover period with documentation and training, and most clients continue with a care plan covering updates, monitoring, backups, security, and small improvements. Growth-focused clients typically move to a retainer where maintenance is bundled with ongoing marketing and iteration.

Can you work with our in-house team or existing agency?

Comfortably. We regularly act as the engineering arm for in-house marketers, the design partner for internal dev teams, or the strategy layer above specialist vendors. We’ll define swim lanes in the Blueprint phase so ownership is unambiguous, and we share our work in formats your team can build on.
